libv4l provides a very simple jpeg decompressor and colorspace convertors. In a lot of cases it's better ot use the elements inside gstreamer to do the job instead.

Added a property to disable the emulated formats from showing up in the caps in the attached patch

Not that I'm against such an option, but I wonder why it's needed at all.

v4l2src *should* negotiate non-emulated first, if supported at all, including jpeg (I think).
