Adding missing file

I'm trying to build gnome-user-docs using jhbuild, but I'm having a problem.

The error is:
 
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `C/shell-windows-tiled.page', needed by `all'.  Stop.

I think that the problem comes from this commit [1]. So, I'm assuming that this commit isn't complete and the author forgot to add the new shell-windows-tiled.page file. So, if I'm right with this, i attach the patch for this.
