Clicking the more expander in a menu should not cause the menu to jump. I don't think we want a resize at all nevermind a discontinous one.

We should just pick a reasonable width for the menu and use it.

What is even odder here is that I can't really see why the extra width is needed. The size of the scrollbar is already accounted for and the names of the APs aren't that much wider and there is still enough padding to the right of the names.
