Description Jeremy Bicha 2011-09-19 20:38:55 UTC
Nautilus 3.1.92 on Ubuntu 11.10 development, amd64.

See attached screenshot where the text preview overflows and displays on top of the filenames.

This worked correctly in Nautilus 3.1.90.

There's not really a lot of space for text preview anyway in Compact View.

Oops, this is indeed a regression I accidentally caused by cleaning up the drawing code recently.
I pushed a patch to git master which should fix this, though I have no way to test as the default GNOME icon theme doesn't support embedded text. Please shout if this is still broken even with my patch :)
Comment 3 Jeremy Bicha 2011-09-19 21:46:42 UTC
Thank you! The patch works.
