The first time I started Contacts I didn't get anything in it. It seems that even after adding an account to GOA and separately in Empathy you need to start Empathy and Evolution before anything shows up. Ugh.

The first time I started Evolution it hung for a few minutes and then seemed to die. Now I have stuff in Contacts but it seems corrupted or something. For example see the attached shot.

I'm working on getting goa setup to work better without needing evolution.

However, the blank contacts are from google. It seems they're adding your google plus contacts, with only an avatar full name and a link to your profile. I filed an eds bug so that we can get the profile link into contacts which might help it a bit.

With latest everything we now show the google profile link, which is all the data there is in the contacts.
