#20 Test video encoder + muxer compatibility

Make sure video encoders work with all suitable muxers available on
the system (peruse registry to find muxers) and create a stream that
can be decoded again.

This bug is not relevant anymore as Insanity as been mostly rewriten recently. 
All tests have been rewriten in C.
