Description David Laban 2011-09-13 15:17:53 UTC
Estimate 7 days

(Notes from internal brainstorm: may change as work is carried out)
* On-the-fly format change (e.g. width/height, profile/level, ... but same codec)
* Correct handling of the different profiles/levels claimed to be supported
* Correct handling of stream-format claimed to be supported
Comment 1 David Laban 2011-09-13 16:13:02 UTC
#27 Test video decoder supports on-the-fly format change

Video decoders need to support on-the-fly format (resolution, aspect
ratio, etc) changes, at least those than can be inside an MPEGgy
container like MPEG-PS or MPEG-TS. This might require codec-specific
tests.

What's the plan with this? Decoder specific tests are now in insanity-gst, anything you want to do here?
