GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 658938
Decoders: More Tests requiring specific media test sources (codec specific)
Last modified: 2012-10-16 22:50:57 UTC
Estimate 7 days (Notes from internal brainstorm: may change as work is carried out) * On-the-fly format change (e.g. width/height, profile/level, ... but same codec) * Correct handling of the different profiles/levels claimed to be supported * Correct handling of stream-format claimed to be supported
#27 Test video decoder supports on-the-fly format change Video decoders need to support on-the-fly format (resolution, aspect ratio, etc) changes, at least those than can be inside an MPEGgy container like MPEG-PS or MPEG-TS. This might require codec-specific tests.
What's the plan with this? Decoder specific tests are now in insanity-gst, anything you want to do here?
