It seems that the master branch was not kept up-to-date with the libcheese version bumps in the gnome-3-0 branch. There will need to be a new release with the version bumped.

Fixed in the new 3.1.91.1 release, with commit 08b2c0cd725f44b760e22869dee7e807de5bd18a, thanks for reporting.
