Currently, Cheese only has DocBook help. In line with user help changes in GNOME, the help needs to be ported to Mallard.

Julita Inca did the work for her outreach program for women internship: https://gitorious.org/cheese-docs/

I have checked over it and prepared it for pushing to master. I can not attach patch as it is too large, so I will push it directly.
