* This is a followup to bug 654548 *

Bug 654548 has shown that the "Switch image after: [n] seconds" label-spinbutton-label combo has some limitations regarding translation.

Not only is it difficult to translate in some languages it is also not very good at plural handling (depending on the set number of seconds).

A possible solution for this could be to replace the spinbutton by a scale which would allow better plural handling and possibly a better label ("Delay until next image"?).

    Replace slideshow timeout spinbutton with a scale
    
    This should make it easier for translators to handle this UI part
    as the time unit is decoupled from the description.
