There are some more field types we want to support:

* Birthdates (bug 657971)
* Company/Title (bug 657969)

I added read-only birthday support, but to make it editable I need some kind of date button drop-down widget.

Initial read only support for roles has been added too.

I think we have all the basics covered now. We can track other field additions with separate bugs.
