Description Andy Buckley 2011-08-31 08:16:06 UTC
In the latest version of SJ in Ubuntu Natty, looking up the track list for one disk of a multi-CD set returns the full track list for the set, with many more tracks than on any one of the disks. Obviously this is pretty annoying -- you have to retype the track listings for all discs other than the first, untick lots of track tickboxes, and the disk number also has to be entered manually.

This maybe relates to the fact that for many discs SJ now offers me a choice window for the identity of the disc, where the choices are all the same... changes to retrieval/use of MusicBrainz metadata?

Cheers,
Andy

I am having the exact same problem. I am trying to rip my cd collection now that Google has released a Linux version of their Music Manager and I can't get the ones with multiple discs to rip correctly.

Can confirm this problem.

This is caused by changes on musicbrainz servers :-/
