docbookdescription.py is missing from the 1.29.17 tarball. Presumably this is a mistake, since it's imported in docbookwriter.py, which causes g-ir-doc-tool to fail.

I believe that docbookdescription.py should be added to pkgpyexec_PYTHON in Makefile-giscanner.am
