As part of merging the organization behind GSoC and OPW, we've discussed setting up a general outreach program during the recent Desktop Summit.

Could you create a new mailing list "outreach-list@gnome.org" for this?

You can set me (ruben@savanne.be / rubenv@gnome.org) as the initial admin.
