Recently bug 638924 was solved, so a new interface, AtkWindow was added to ATK.

But it is not still included on ATK documentation.

And following what I say on bug  684665, trying to avoid templates files as much as possible. So this patch doesn't include an atkwindow.sgml file, because it is not required, is generated from the documentation at the source file.

Previous patch was committed with some changes after Joanmarie Diggs gentle review. Closing the bug.
