add button to install gtk+ theme.


There is a button to select gnome shell theme. Would be nice to have something siliar for gtk themes.

No need to do much checks, just a good guess, like copy zip and unpack it in the correct folder. Will work for most themes.

I don't have any patch. But a good starting point for a patch would be to look at the MyUnity code. It's an Ubuntu app. It allows you to drag a theme folder into the program and install that gtk theme.
