I think it would be useful to add the usage example to the GstTagSetter docs (http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gstreamer/html/GstTagSetter.html)

Thanks for doing that. I wonder if we could have a shorter example, that would assume a ready made pipeline and use
setter = gst_bin_get_by_interface (pipeline); and continue from there.

Also could you make that a patch against gstreamer/gst/gsttagsetter.c ?
