Note: if someone uses pitivi 0.14.2, the project year will incorrectly be written as a float converted to string in the project file. This commit prevents that kind of thing to be written in the future, but if someone has already been affected, you need to edit the .xptv file with a text editor and remove the ".0" after the year.

Example: "2011.0" needs to be replaced by "2011".
