Note that ideally, what we want is for the clock to be correct when the user first sees the UI again.  That's not easy to do.  Note that both gnome-screensaver and gnome-shell have to have sync'd behavior for this in the case where the user/admin has disabled screen locking.

We could have $prog black the screen on suspend, and only unblack it when we've updated the clock etc.
