Patch for typo's

Some minor language improvements:
    
Changed rgba to uppercase (Only in UI strings)
Fixed the typo: tolevel -> toplevel

I attached a patch with fixes.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
