I search for a term using tracker-needle, results are shown. I can change the display mode, and reproducibly when changing from mode "image" to "list" needle crashes. A stacktrace is found in the launchpad bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/+bug/811705

Can you re-test with >= 0.12.4 and let me know if this is still an issue?
I have a feeling this was fixed.
