It's path to a file :)

To me, a path to file does not include also the filename, but only the folder in which the file is located. But in this dialog you choose the file itself.
So it's not /path/to/foo/ but /path/to/foo/file-named-foo .
As I explained in comment 0 to me it's confusing, to others it might be correct. Maybe a third opinion is good. :)

Label it "Spool File:".

it's shared between providers, do not write spool into it, no no.
