Edit > Preferences > Calendar and Tasks > Alerts
lists two options "Show a reminder X before appt/birthday"
while all other related options are under 
Edit > Preferences > Calendar and Tasks > Alarms.

Proposing to move everything Alarm/Reminder related under Edit > Preferences > Calendar and Tasks > Alarms.

Code is in modules/calendar/e-calendar-preferences.ui

Note to myself: Update calendar-alarms-and-reminders in new user docs once this is fixed.
