After upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04 with gnome3 + gnome-shell receiving messages via POP not work properly. Messages are downloaded only when evolution start. When evolution is running button Send / Receive not work (after click on Send / Receive button nothing happens). New messages are received only when Evolution is closed and reopened.

In my Gmail settings I have:
2. When messages are accessed with POP: mark gmail's copy as readed

After reopen Evolution messages are downloaded but not marked as read.
In Thunderbird and some others clients everything works perfectly.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.

Please ask your distribution to pick patch from bug 648468 and release as part of update.
