GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 655299
Setting board orientation to human doesn't work when playing as black
Last modified: 2012-10-08 21:09:59 UTC
1. Open glchess 2. Click Settings>Preferences. 3. Change Play as to Black and make sure that Opposing Player is set to GNUchess. 4. Switch to the Appearance tab and change Board Orientation to Human Side. 5. The board should have black on the bottom since white is now the computer but that doesn't happen.
Hmm, looks suspicious (chess-scene.vala) case "human": return 0.0; // FIXME
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
