Remove superfluous "Open"

Hi,

The applet shows menu entries with "Open X preferences" I think this is inconsistent with the other applets

"Open Sound Preferences..." should shows "Sound Preferences..." instead.

That would mean they don't match either gnome-shell, or the gnome-control-center panel. Fixed in master.
