gst-inspect output message for Ver 0.10.11 and 0.10.12

After I update the gst-ffmpeg from 0.10.11 to 0.10.12, it cannot play .mp3 songs any more, the GST_MESSAGE_ELEMENT always report a message of:

missing-plugin: MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) decoder
Warning: No decoder available for type 'audio/mpeg, mpegversion=(int)1, mpegaudioversion=(int)2, layer=(int)3, rate=(int)22050, c
hannels=(int)2, parsed=(boolean)true'.

If I revert back to 0.10.11, it can play. Attached are what I log when running gst-inspect liggstffmpeg.so for both 0.10.11 and 0.10.12

It's been set to a rank of NONE due to it causing too many issues compared to the mad decoder.

 Please install the mad gst plugin or manually force the usage of that decoder in your custom pipeliens.

I also found this behavior and thought it was a bug.
Nice to know what it's all about.

Installing gstreamer-ugly, gstreamer-bad and gstreamer-ffmpeg is a simple solution to most codec-related issues in GNOME applications.
