Description Tobias Mueller 2011-07-24 21:04:28 UTC
Build would fail with:
make[4]: Entering directory /home/muelli/svn/gnome2/gstreamer/libs/gst/controller
  CC     libgstcontroller_0.10_la-gstcontroller.lo
cc1: warnings being treated as errors
gstcontroller.c: In function 'gst_controlled_property_new':
gstcontroller.c:146:18: error: assignment discards qualifiers from pointer target type
make[4]: *** [libgstcontroller_0.10_la-gstcontroller.lo] Error 1

It compiles cleanly now. However, I didn't really understand, where the
const qualifier comes from.

This looks like a duplicate of bug #655155 to me, unless I introduced a new problem.
Comment 3 Tobias Mueller 2011-07-24 23:22:53 UTC
Oh, it is indeed.
I hit the error just before the weekend and now came back to it, assuming it still wouldn't work. Sorry for the noise.
