GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 655209
Please add a 'doc-review' keyword
Last modified: 2013-04-22 10:23:01 UTC
Please add a 'doc-review' keyword to Bugzilla. The Documentation team intends to use this keyword to track bugs which have new help topics attached to them which need to be reviewed and/or edited.
Hi I do remember that we tried to kill as many keywords as possible. I can add it if you really insist. Have you tried using the whiteboard field to add 'doc-review' to it? You can later on search for bug reports containing it using the advanced search, like this https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?status_whiteboard_type=allwordssubstr;query_format=advanced;status_whiteboard=doc-review
I don't see much advantage of a keyword here. Looks rather like a task for a flag: * doc-review? for a request * doc-review+ for granted * doc-review- for denied Olav?
Phil? Or anybody else?
I'd rather set the (default) assignee of "doc" Bugzilla components (if existing) to gnome-user-docs-maint@gnome.bugs (if not the case already) and use the standard query to find patches. Query for: "Bug assignee | is | gnome-user-docs-maint@gnome.bugs" AND "Attachment status | is equal to | none": https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?field0-0-0=attachments.status;emailtype1=exact;query_format=advanced;emailassigned_to1=1;bug_status=UNCONFIRMED;bug_status=NEW;bug_status=ASSIGNED;bug_status=REOPENED;bug_status=NEEDINFO;email1=gnome-user-docs-maint%40gnome.bugs;type0-0-0=equals;value0-0-0=none Plus you cannot forget to set the keyword with this workflow.
