This bug occurs at start-up.

Say, for instance, that I am working on a document, and I decide I want some music. I start up Banshee, and go back to my document.

Banshee first steals focus when it's window is drawn. This causes minor annoyance. The more annoying aspect is that three seconds later, it steals focus again, when it's drawing the rest of it's UI. 

This interrupts work-flow, hence why I am filing it as a bug.
