"TEST CASE:
1. Launch gnome-control-center and click on 'User Accounts'
2. On the 'User Accounts' applet, click on 'Unlock' and enter you password
3. Click on '+' below the user list to create a new user
4. File the user information and validate
5. Back on the 'User Accounts' applet click on 'All Settings' to go back to the main panel
6. Then click on 'User Accounts' again to reopen the capplet

Result:
The user list is empty. The same occurs when the user removes an account."

This was caused by reference leaks. Should be fixed now.
