I started Evolution 2.30 - it told me I needed to migrate all my data to maildir format - with some scary warning, I clicked 'migrate' - and it went away ...

There was no interactive feedback on the process - which took a -very- long time - many minutes.

That seems pretty lame; surely we can have some sort of progress bar, and user feedback on progress ? - I imagine an inexperienced user would simply re-launch evolution assuming it had crashed.
