Description Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2011-07-17 20:06:43 UTC
1. Access keys are never spoken for links.

2. Only the character/specified access key is presented for widgets. That's fine for a verbosity level of 'brief', but it might confuse more novice users. Thus for a speech verbosity level of 'verbose', we should also include the Alt and Shift keys.
