move 'File System' down the list

Hi.

This may be controversial I don't know, but wouldn't it make more sense
to move the 'File System' shortcut in the sidebar right before trash
(i.e. down the list).
I think users are accessing more often their XDG dirs than the root
filesystem so I though I'd give it a shot at proposing this ;-)

(included patch does that)

The original idea while redesigning the sidebar was to remove the File System entry entirely from there, and making it visible only when "Show Hidden Files" was toggled on (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=620313).

I don't have any strong preference on this, and the patch itself looks fine. Allan, what do you think?

Sounds like a good idea to me.
