Already fixed. The fix is in yelp 3.0.4. See this Fedora bug:

we have yelp 3.1.1 and the users are still seeing the issue, the steps to reproduce it are: "Open yelp from a preference window, close yelp and open again. same crash."

In the 3.1.x series, the fix appeared in 3.1.2.
