There is Tele2 for Sweden and other countries, but they sell subscriptions in Norway too (using NetCom network).

The "å" character in "Mobilt bredbånd" has been wrong in this file (UTF8/LATIN1 issue). Could you please replace it with how other "å" characters are written in the same file.

I think this is right after all. Seems like it was some local test version I saw encoding error in.
