Create a y4m file using:

  gst-launch videotestsrc num-buffers=100 ! y4menc ! filesink location=out.y4m

Play this in totem.  I get a "Failed to parse YUV4MPEG frame" error.  It plays fine with filesrc ! y4mdec ! xvimagesink

Works for me, using totem 2.32.0.

Still works for me today with latest git GStreamer, though using the same Totem 2.32.0. Likely fixed in the meantime.

Please reopen if it still happens for you, with logs.
