Devices aren't displayed because the tab is too small to display the content. The window itself can't be resized.

Try with a newer GTK+. You're running 3.1.6, the latest is 3.1.8.

Also make sure that the downstream patch for overlay scrollbars isn't being used, because it's really not my problem.

Thanks for review. The initiate issue is better with 3.1.8 and also using overlay scrollbars.
