Description Guillaume Desmottes 2011-07-04 11:25:05 UTC
As part of user menu changes (bug #653567 bug #652837) and according our goal to provide a deep IM integration into the Shell, users should be able to be connected on IM without having Empathy running.

This meta bug will track all the changes needed to do so.
