Description djackson780 2011-06-29 20:41:52 UTC
The preferences screens often do not fit within my display size and this often leaves parts of the preferences window not visible, including some buttons. Evolution needs to assure that all windows areas are visible regardless to to screen size, by adding a scrollbar if the window does not fit on the screen to allow it to be scrolled.

Do not assume that everyone has a large display or any minimum display size.

Second issue is the inbox filter feature. I believe this should be off by default, and enabled by the user if they want it. i found that the filter moved a bunch of messages to trash before I could stop it. I also had problems moving the large block of messages back to the inbox out of trash, a checkbox should be added in a column in the message list windows so that a move and other operations can be applied to a number of the checked items, and a shift+mouse click combination to select/checkmark a block of messages.

Also, provide at least an option to have a warning message appear before any messages are deleted or moved to trash.

One of these is two months old and the other is 7 years old (!!!). Yet the bug is still not fixed. Get the bugs fixed and the bug reports will stop.
