Description Johann Glaser 2011-06-27 20:59:27 UTC
Evolution randomly stops querying one of my mail boxes, for which I've set the port in the configuration of the server with ":995".

There is no visual feedback that something went wrong. If I click "Send/Receive" all servers seem to be queried, even the progress bar for this one server is drawn as full, but nothing happens. If I use the drop-down box of the "Send/Receive" button to query this one server, it also pretends to query the server, but not a single network packet is sent.
Comment 1 Johann Glaser 2011-08-21 22:08:08 UTC
still there in 3.0.2
Comment 2 Milan Crha 2011-08-24 13:37:39 UTC
Thanks for a bug report. Does this POP server work the first time you run evolution, please? If so, then this is the same issue as bug #648468
Comment 3 Johann Glaser 2011-08-24 17:13:24 UTC
Yes, directly after starting Evolution, it can query all POP servers. But later it doesn't query it any more.
Comment 4 Milan Crha 2011-08-25 10:02:16 UTC
Thanks for the update, that's just a behaviour which is fixed in bug #648468, thus I'm marking this as a duplicate of it.
