Description Allison Karlitskaya (desrt) 2011-06-27 17:31:00 UTC
Two problems that occur with multiple monitors setup in a vertical orientation.

1) When the primary monitor is the one on the bottom, the window manager prevents you from dragging a small window "too far off the top of the screen". Unfortunately, it uses the top bar as its "top of the screen" indication, which prevents you from having anything fully on the top monitor.

2) When the primary monitor is the one on the top, the status area, when hidden, shows on the top of the bottom monitor.

I'm surprised the bug title matches almost exactly :)
