GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 652962
Delete Note confirmation dialog has no title
Last modified: 2011-06-20 15:41:31 UTC
Created attachment 190236 [details] screenshot describing the issue When you delete a note, by default we ask to confirm the deletion. This as a hidden config and translatable strings refer to the window as "Delete Note" but the window that pops up has no title.
Actually, confirmation alerts should not have titles according to the GNOME HIG. http://developer.gnome.org/hig-book/3.0/windows-alert.html.en "Alert windows have no titles, as the title would usually unnecessarily duplicate the alert's primary text. This way, users can read and respond to alerts more quickly as there is less visual noise and confounding text."
