[Patch] Mallard docs for Accerciser

A first version of Accerciser's topic-based, mallardized docs, is ready.
If anyone could test it, that would be great.

Aline, I applied your patches and all seems fine, good work! You can test the integration cloning my new-mallarized-doc branch at github [1] I joined all your patches into only two commits and I changed _onHelp method's behaviour for to open accerciser's new doc properly. New patches for Accerciser Mallard docs, with Mario Sanchez' suggestions added, are attached below.
