Description Jinkyu Yi 2011-06-17 03:22:02 UTC
I use HanIRC(irc.hanirc.org,6667) and it use UHC(EUC-KR/CP949) charset.

But, It show topic like as "???????? ???????? ????????~" and just show some English letter and symbols correctly.

Also, it shows only my nick at contact list when i logged in.
But it also shows nicks logged in after me.
ex)1. Logged in as nick "me" -> 1 in contact list("me") even there are 28 people in channel.
2. Another nick "another" logged in after me -> 2 in contact list("me","another") even there are 29 people in channel.
3. Nick "another" logged out -> 1 in contact list("me") even there are 28 people in channel.

More strangely, it shows correctly at sometimes.
And no problem at Freenode Server which is using UTF-8.
Also I didn't test another charset server except UHC & UTF-8.
