Reporter hasn't said what he/she was doing at the time of the crash.

The exact cause for this is unknown, but there have been some improvements in svn that probably fix this issue.

I doubt that the original reporter can reproduce it on the old code, let alone on 2.2.1. Please feel free to close it.
