Comment 1 Raphaël Quinet 2001-11-26 08:33:47 UTC
I cannot reproduce this problem using 1.2.3pre2 (Solaris) or 1.2.2
(Linux). I created a new 32x32 image, saved it and loaded it again in
the Gimp and other programs and the size is always 32x32, not 33x32.

Did you start from a new 32x32 image, or from a larger image that you
cropped to 32x32? Maybe the canvas was 32x32 but the layer was 33x32
and you have been hit by bug #51114? In this case, your problem would
be fixed in 1.2.3. Maybe you were also affected by bug #35489.

If the problem was not due to a mismatch between the canvas size and
layer size, please explain how to reproduce the problem step by step.
In any case, please add your comments to this bug report so that we
know if we can close it or not.

Yes, only I resized the image instead of cropping it.
The effect was likely the same, however.
