Description Stuart Bishop 2011-06-08 12:09:14 UTC
Score is not set when importing a music library from Rhythmbox into Banshee. Playcount is available, so there should be enough information to calculate a valid score (skip count of 0 since it is unknown).

With the score unset, the autoplay by score features are useless until the entire imported library has been played as songs with no score will be played before any scored songs are played. This could take months or years.

It would be nice if scores where recalculated on rescan too - this would allow people to repair their libraries.

Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
