Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Can you get us a stack trace with debugging symbols? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so and reopen this bug or report a new one. Thanks in advance!
No additional useful information available. If the VIDEO_TS.VOB(120 KB) file is opened with totem, the following erroneous error message is received: ----------------------- The following plugin is required DVD subpicture decoder ----------------------- Open a movie file on the DVD with totem(1024 MB) and they play perfectly, sound and motion picture. codec Fluendo 12.4 allows playing all formats legally; this is not a license issue but a navigation issue. Nothing is DRM-ed. The thumbnail frame on Totem with SUSE 10.0 works perfect. what am I missing with openSUSE 11.4? testnet@alpzyham.se
Looks like it might be a GStreamer threading bug, but without a better stack trace it's hard to tell. Could you please install all the GStreamer core debug packages and post a complete stack trace of the crash here?
