Screenshot of new user window opening at the wrong time.

When attempting to create a new HBCI PIN/TAN user, the "New User Wizard" window opens again, blocking all UI use. A force close of Gnucash is the only solution

To reproduce:
Tools -> Online Banking Setup
"Forward"
Start AqBanking Wizard
Create User
"Next"
Select HBCI backend using AqHBCI
"Next"
(New User Wizard opens)
Select Setup a PIN/TAN account
"Run"
(HBCI PIN/TAN Setup Wizard opens)
(New User Wizard opens) ????

Well, I just tested this with AQBanking 5.0.10, which I'm going to bundle in 2.4.7 (which should be released shortly). When you select "Next" on the HBCI PIN/TAN wizard, it does open the New User Wizard again, which is unresponsive. But pressing the "Abort" button on the HBCI PIN/TAN Wizard dismisses both, so at least you don't need to force-quit Gnucash.

Well... I pressed the "Next" button on the PIN/TAN wizard again, and it changed into a form for Bank Code, Name, and URL.

So I tried again, and this time clicked in the message area of the PIN/TAN wizard. That also revealed the New User Wizard (I think that it's the original one, just getting shown again when the PIN/TAN wizard gets focus); a click on the "Next" button revealed the controls. Ugly, but usable.

2.4.7 for OSX has AQB 5.0.10, and the behavior is the same. Jevier, would you please test for yourself on the new version?

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
